We produce shaped springs according to the documentation or the pattern provided by the customer. The examples above show that the possibilities depend entirely on the imagination of the designer.
Spiral springs – made of a steel strip of small thickness, loaded with a torsional moment, as a result of which bending stresses arise in the strip; are used in the driving elements of various devices.
Disc springs / disc springs – designed to carry heavy loads with small dimensions, frusto-conical shape with a hole in the center.
We produce flat springs on the basis of documentation or a pattern provided by the customer. We have a waterjet cutter, thanks to which we can carry out short-series orders for springs of complex shapes.
